The newest Soccer CRAZE to hit the soccer pitch/field! This is a gentle/low impact, and less physically demanding style Soccer game, that allows you to play, compete and enjoy lots of FUN with your friends.
What is Walking Soccer?
Walking Soccer is a variation of traditional soccer designed to be more inclusive and accessible, especially for older adults, individuals recovering from injuries, or those who prefer a slower-paced activity. It maintains the fundamental rules and spirit of soccer but introduces modifications to ensure safety and participation.
Key Rules
– Players are only allowed to walk (no jogging or running)
– General rule of 3 – 5 touch max limit before needing to pass or shoot
– No tackling
– Try to keep shots below waist height
